Welcome to our hands-on cooking class. We have always wanted to offer some insight into what we do on a daily basis so you can enjoy fresh baked sourdough bread at home.
Our hands-on class will include mixing doughs, basic shaping skills, how to bake a loaf in your home oven, as well as discussing fermentation using natural leavens and keeping your starter active.
All participants will take home their own mixed dough to bake at home the next day, along with a proofing basket. We also include some baked goods in your ToGo package.
Please meet at our storefront 5-10 minutes before class begins. No tools are needed. Dress casually. See you there!
